Director in India
My Bio
I moved to Fairfield, Iowa in 1975, to be a Transcendental Meditation student at Maharishi International University. I wanted to enter by the side door, so I first went on staff and then used my "credit" from work to take TM teacher training and advanced meditation retreats. Living in Fairfield evolved in to many entrepreneurial experiences including a vending business, transport company, publishing, mini-storage, retail store, real estate, and video education and film production (Zebra Productions).
I lived in Fairfield for 14 years and then decided it was time to see the world. After leaving Fairfield, I made it to Hollywood and worked as a screenwriter. Next, I spent 20 years traveling around the world working for The Himalayan Traders and made dozens of travel documentaries on Sacred Sites in India as well as some art & travel films. I had to take a break from video production just as I was getting good, as the high cost of equipment was impractical for a "hobby". Now that's all changed! I can produce broadcast quality video at one tenth the cost. Yeah! I am retooling and assembling a team of video production professionals to follow our passion and share stories of the people who inspire us.
